• Tea Tree Oil Tea tree oil is also good for dandruff as medicinal properties have great potential to destroy not only fungal infections but also viral and bacterial infections. Mix aloe vera gel with a few drops of tea tree oil, but make sure you do not use tea tree oil directly on your scalp as it is very strong and can cause a strong stinging sensation. You should use this mixture three times a week and make sure you are not using a shampoo while using this medication. Within a few days you will see the dandruff has decreased significantly or may even disappear. When using this medicine massage the mixture into your scalp, so that in at least thirty minutes, and then rinse with warm water cold.
